Plast, Ice, Martin Cordoba and Bruk got together on Sunday to paint a cool new collaboration in Saavedra.
La Plata, the provincial capital of Buenos Aires, will be hosting its first Latin American graffiti meeting on 12th, 13th and 14th October. Street artists from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela will be staying in La Plata and painting some huge walls around the city as part of the Zig Zag festival.
Alfredo Segatori is working on his latest mural near the Hippodrome in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
Street artists including Animalito Land, BlaBla Buto, Clavahead, Dudu, Ktrl-V, Pelos de Plumas, Strawberry Style and THG hit San Telmo on Sunday and painted new designs on a building after permission was granted by its owners, and the walls and shutters of a local parking garage. Ene Ene has painted a cool new piece he’s called the ‘Parasite Machine’ in Villa Crespo on the facade of a boarded up house. The Chilean street artist told BA Street Art about his latest creation. “It’s a Maquina Parásito (Parasite Machine) that absorbs the the life of the planet, the monopoly of resources, the over-exploitation. It’s a great insect that is sucking the marrow like a blood-sucking leech. More than human blood it is the Blood of the Earth.”
Patxi Mazzoni Alonso completed a new mural in Palermo last night that features a painting punk. The stunning artwork took him two days and has already been seen by thousands of people passing under the railway bridge in front of Palermo station.
This is a fantastic new mural that was painted in Villa Urquiza a couple of weeks ago. It’s not an artist who we’re familiar with so it makes it all the more interesting.

Dotz and Malegria have painted great new artworks at Tecnópolis in Villa Martelli, Buenos Aires. Dotz finished this amazing sequence of a wood louse curling into a ball on Thursday. He’s called the mural ‘Sequence of closure’.
French street artist Grolou lives in Buenos Aires and loves to paint cats. And he created three new felines at Tecnopolis last week.
Ktrl V finished a cool new paste-up yesterday in Saavedra, Buenos Aires. It features three colourful ghetto blasters and they’ve called the artwork ‘Reggae Music’.
Jaz has painted a brilliant new mural in Chacarita, Buenos Aires, that covers a huge wall at the bus depot. The piece includes four wildcats, one of which is growling at a figure on horseback.
