No Touching Ground is in Buenos Aires and made a great new intervention in Balvanera on Friday. The Seattle-based street artist has called the design: “Los gatos salvajes, los ángeles de la guarda” or “Wild cats, guardian angels”.

Artists including Diego Roa, Ice, Op Hop, Juan Pez, Paula Ledesma, LuNa, Pablo Picyk, Pum Pum and Sael painted new designs over the weekend near the Planetarium in Palermo as part of the the two-day Bike Festival organised by the City of Buenos Aires. Photographer Adri Godis was there for Buenos Aires Street Art and has taken some cool photos of the painted bicis.
Street artists including the Beach Girls, Borneo Modofoker, La Wife, Loto, Malegria, Mojo, Mondo Lila, Teko and Nice painted a huge wall in the garden of a private house during a party in Caballito on Saturday night and Sunday morning with some cool new designs.
Brazilian street artist Pomb finished a cool new piece in Villa Urquiza last week. The design featuring a partially dissected pink whale that took Pomb two and a half days to paint and has brightened up the roof terrace at the advertising agency Jujubaland. Continue reading
Luxor and Spanish street artist Zësar painted this cool new collaboration in La Plata, Buenos Aires, a few days ago. Zësar was in the city for the Zig Zag graffiti festival last week and found time after the event to paint a few more walls.
Street artists including Luxor, Acra, Ice, Oz Montania, Erica Chun Li, Zesar, Japem, Iron, Tosh, Chaman, Lacast Stencil, Cons Kamikaze, Mat C, Nero, Cafe and Krauz have transformed a school and a nearby building in La Plata, Buenos Aires, with some stunning designs.

Zig Zag graffiti festival took place in La Plata over the weekend and photographer Adri Godis was there for BA Street Art. Her photos and details have captured some of the spirit and artistic talent that has transformed the walls of the city with more than 260 street artists taking part in the event in the provincial capital of Buenos Aires.
More than 260 street artists descended on La Plata at the weekend for the Zig Zag graffiti festival and painted some incredible designs and artworks around the city. Buenos Aires Street Art was proud to help sponsor and support the event.
Artists have made a number of new interventions at the ESMA (La Escuela de Mecánica de la Armada) in Buenos Aires. During the last military dictatorship in Argentina, The Navy Petty-Officers School of Mechanics in the neighbourhood of Nuñez was used as a clandestine detention, torture and extermination centre.
