Street artists including La EmeEnrulada, Clavahead, María de Brea, Mariano Nerd, Nekonekoteko and Drat were painting the fronts of shops and houses in San Telmo on Sunday with interventions stretching almost half a block. The project is being organised by Street Arte BA.
Street artists will be painting the interior of a famous building in Buenos Aires designed by Gustave Eiffel, the architect of the world famous Eiffel Tower in Paris. The former factory that is now Boutique nightclub was built between 1906 and 1916 with the ironwork and columns designed by Eiffel brought over from France and assembled in Buenos Aires.
Malegria has painted an impressive new piece above a parrilla restaurant in San Telmo. You can see the mural if you look up when are walking along Defensa Street from Avenida Belgrano.
