El Marian has painted a new mural relating to animal rights and the food industry in Argentina. His new mural called ‘Hunger Games’ relates Argentina being the largest producer of grain in the world but most of it is used to feed animals for human consumption.
Aryz finished a stunning new mural last week at Meeting of Styles in Buenos Aires on the facade of a five storey building in San Telmo. At just 23, Aryz has already made his mark with his beautiful and giant murals with their soft colours and subtle tones establishing him as one of the world’s most exciting talents. In an exclusive interview with Buenos Aires Street Art, Aryz told us about his latest artwork, his respect for graffiti, why he prefers not to show his face when he’s interviewed and how his murals when photographed often look totally different from the original artworks.
Street artists including La EmeEnrulada, Clavahead, María de Brea, Mariano Nerd, Nekonekoteko and Drat were painting the fronts of shops and houses in San Telmo on Sunday with interventions stretching almost half a block. The project is being organised by Street Arte BA.
Street artists will be painting new artworks inside Boutique (Perú 535 and Venezuela) in San Telmo this Wednesday from 7pm in the event called ‘Wild Style‘ that BA Street Art is helping to organise. The whole of the third floor of the building with its architecture designed by Gustave Eiffel is being decorated by Buenos Aires street artists.
