Lean Frizzera, Emy Mariani and Martin Ron have just finished painting a brilliant new mural in Palermo depicting Diego Maradona’s infamous ‘Hand of God’ goal.
Dötz was in Buenos Aires this week and has painted a brilliant giant mural with BlaBla Buto featuring a character they’ve nicknamed the Yuppie Yeti. The huge collaboration in San Telmo measures about 12 x 30 metres and took the duo two and a half days to complete.
Malegria has painted an impressive new piece above a parrilla restaurant in San Telmo. You can see the mural if you look up when are walking along Defensa Street from Avenida Belgrano.
The fourth edition of the Aerosol Festival is taking place in Gonnet near La Plata this Sunday 29th July from 11am. Street artists invited include Amor, Blem, Nice, Fauno, Sap, Duple, Oshe, P. Mazzoni Alonso, Mati Quiroga, Borneo Modofokers, Mojo, Cobra (Mar del Plata), Embe (Mar del Plata), Morazul, Nube, Roger, Seu and Desto.
Three brilliant murals painted by Emy Mariani, Martin Ron and Lean Frizzera painted at Meeting of Styles last year were covered over by political graffiti last week. The designs at the junction of Avenida Libertador and Dorrego in Palermo took the artists three days to paint last November when Buenos Aires hosted its first international street art festival.
Lean Frizzera has completed a couple of brilliant murals over the last few weeks none more impressive than the 25 metres high design on the side of a nine-story apartment block in Villa Urquiza, Buenos Aires, that he painted with Emy Mariani.
