Terms and Conditions
Your participation on the tours is entirely at your own risk. Our tour guides will give a short talk regarding personal safety at the beginning of the tour. The guide will give you the best advice possible to make your tour as safe and as enjoyable as possible both before and during the tour but you should take your own care when crossing roads and regarding the safe keeping of any goods or valuables you are carrying with you (e.g cameras, mobile phones, wallets and sunglasses etc) We also advise you not to bring unnecessary valuables.
We accept no liability for death, injury, loss or damage to you, to anyone else or to any property during the time that you are on the tour whether caused by negligence or willful conduct on behalf of the tour guide or not.
All BA Street Art Tours require walking and we advise that you wear appropriate footwear and dress appropriately according to the weather conditions. Any medical condition or medication being taken that may affect your health or participation must be notified in writing via email prior to the tour. Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tour cancellations must made 48 hours prior to the time the tour starts to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable. Tours may be rescheduled for another day free of charge providing 48 hours notice is given and subject to spaces being available for the tour on the chosen date.
Refunds do not apply if you arrive late for a tour and the group has already left. We do our best to leave on time as we do not want to keep the rest of the group waiting. Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any tour at our discretion due to inclement weather – e.g. floods, high temperatures, also due to demonstrations, protests, roadworks or transport problems that might affect the tour running safely and on time. In such instances we will notify you via email as soon as possible on the day of the tour and will be happy to give you a full refund or transfer your booking to another day.
