The Peruvian-born Argentine artist is well-known for the many realistic portraits of rap legends and local people he has painted in the neighbourhood.

This new artwork replaces another portrait of Bowie that Causi painted a few years ago and includes Aladdin Sane markings with paint on his face with the pop icon making a ‘be quiet’ sign with his finger in front of his lips.

The Bowie artwork has already become a big hit with tourists and visitors to San Telmo and can be found at Chin Bar on Bolivar Street close to San Telmo Market.
