Chilean street artist Ene Ene has painted a two-headed piranha depicting Chile’s president Sebastián Piñera. Ene Ene, who is from Santiago but lives in Buenos Aires, said the design with the message ‘Chile Anti Piñera’ was a protest against the unpopular Chilean president.
