Lucas Parbo has painted a new mural in La Boca he has called “Milonga & Quiniela”.

The numbers 2 x 4 in the mural refer to the rhythm of the tango and number 24 in the Argentine national lottery “Quiniela” in Argentina is nicknamed “el caballo”, the horse.
